Hot Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. hot peppers
1 pt. Wesson oil
32 oz. ketchup
4 c. sugar
3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Boil peppers for 3 minutes.
Drain and pack in jars.
Boil Wesson oil, ketchup, sugar, vinegar and salt for 30 minutes.
Pour over peppers; cover and seal.
