Spinach Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. herb seasoned croutons
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Drain spinach thoroughly, squeezing out liquid.
In skillet, cook sausage until brown; drain fat.
Stir in tomato sauce; set aside.
