Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can red salmon
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Flake the salmon.
    Add the crumbs, milk, eggs, butter, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
    Mix and bake in a buttered bread pan in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
    Serve plain or with cream of mushroom soup.
