Dark Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients (flour, cocoa and baking soda).
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in an 8 x 8-inch square pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and top with your favorite frosting.
