Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 onion, cut very fine
    1 green pepper, cut very fine
    2 grated carrots
    1 Tbsp. mustard or celery seed
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, sugar, salad oil and salt for five minutes; cool and add to remaining ingredients.
    Let set overnight.
