Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dry grits
    6 c. water
    3 beaten eggs
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil with 1 teaspoon salt.
    Cook grits and add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
