Mouth Waterin' Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14.5 oz.) cans red beans, including liquid *
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. chili powder (hot or regular)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
    1 lb. ground beef, chili beef or stew meat
    1 (14.5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (14.5 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
    3 c. water
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    4 fresh chili peppers, stemmed and chopped (optional)
Preparation
    *You may substitute another pound or two of meat for the beans.
