Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh green beans
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill
2 Tbsp. red onion, slivered
1/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt to taste
Preparation

Steam beans until crisp-tender.
Rinse until cold.
Drain well and pat dry with paper towel.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, dill, onion, brown sugar and salt.
Stir in green beans and toss.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Toss again, then chill up to 4 hours.
Serve at room temperature.
Just before serving, sprinkle on Feta cheese and toss.
