Greek Salad With Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large shrimp, cooked and peeled
6 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
6 scallions, chopped
1 hard-boiled egg, mashed
1/4 c. light olive oil
1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. dill
freshly ground black pepper
romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation

Gently toss shrimp, Feta cheese, tomatoes and scallions in a bowl.
Shake remaining ingredients together in a jar until well mixed.
