Patty'S Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel and cook the potatoes.
    With electric hand mixer, mash potatoes.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and garlic; mix well.
    Put mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Use fork to make strokes on top of mixture.
    Pour melted butter on top; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
