Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pecans

Preparation

Beat egg white until foamy.
Add coffee, sugar and cinnamon and beat until stiff.
Add pecans and spread on buttered sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
