Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. noodles
1 lb. steak, cut in thin strips
2 c. (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. beef flavor instant bouillon or 3 cubes
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir steak, mushrooms and onion in margarine until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add flour; cook and stir 1 minute.
Add water and bouillon; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil).
Cook noodles as directed on package; drain and serve beef mixture on top.
