Honey Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 rabbit, cut in pieces
1/3 c. margarine or butter
1/3 c. honey
1 Tbsp. Gulden's mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown rabbit in a little oil.
In a 4 or 2-quart pot, mix the margarine or butter, honey, mustard, curry powder and pepper. Heat and mix, then put browned rabbit into pot.
Cover and cook on low heat about 1 hour.
Can be thickened with cornstarch, mixed into cold water.
Can be doubled.
Good over rice.
