Oregano Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 red-skinned new potatoes, washed
    1/4 c. olive oil
    Salt, pepper to taste
    4 cloves of garlic, peeled & finely chopped
    1 tsp. oregano leaves (or to taste)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prick potatoes with a fork and bake on a cookie sheet for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove potatoes from oven, cut in quarters and place in bowl.
    While hot, toss with oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
