Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
2 c. milk
pinch of salt
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 baked pie crust
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Beat egg yolks.
Combine with the sugar, milk, vanilla and salt along with cornstarch.
Cook in a double boiler until mixture thickens.
Mix powdered sugar with peanut butter until crumbly. Sprinkle 1/2 of this mixture in bottom of pie crust.
Pour pudding mixture over the peanut butter mixture.
