Sausage And Egg Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in skillet and brown.
    Drain well.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard and cubed bread.
    Stir well.
    Add sausage and cheese to mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (If using glass dish, set out 30 minutes prior to baking.)
    Serves 10.
