Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken, deboned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo, melted
    3 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix together crumbs, butter and seed.
    Layer bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole with 1/2 of mixture.
    Combine chicken, soup and sour cream and place on top of crumb mixture.
    Put remainder of crumb mixture on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
