Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix yeast and warm water.
Add dry ingredients except soda. Add shortening.
Put soda in buttermilk and add to mixture.
Place in refrigerator.
When ready to bake, roll out needed amount.
Let rise shortly, then cut out and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
