Microwave Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Put brown sugar and whipping cream in a 3-quart glass bowl. Cover and microwave on High for 18 minutes.
Add vanilla, margarine and nuts, stirring quickly.
Be careful as mixture is hot!
Spoon mixture onto foil and cool.
Makes 3 dozen small pralines.
