Banana Split Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    8 large marshmallows
    2 bananas, sliced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
    dash of salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of juice; set aside.
    In saucepan, bring water to a boil; remove from heat.
    Add gelatin and marshmallows; stir until dissolved.
    Chill until partially set.
