Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. finely grated carrot
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. evaporated milk
green pepper rings
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Garnish with pepper rings.
