Grilled Vegetable Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
6 artichoke hearts, canned
1 medium red pepper, cut into squares
1 medium green pepper, cut into squares
1 small red onion, cut into sixths
1 c. vegetable oil
garlic salt
seasoned salt
Preparation

On six skewers, alternately thread vegetables, separating onion layers.
Brush vegetables on all sides with oil.
Sprinkle liberally with garlic salt and seasoned salt.
Broil kabobs on rack in boiler pan, about 5 minutes on each side.
May be cooked on barbecue grill, about 7 to 10 minutes on each side.
Serves 6.
