Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can LeSueur peas, drained
5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
2 oz. jar chopped pimento
1/2 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick, melted butter
Preparation

Mix everything except cheese, stuffing mix and butter. Put in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese. Mix stuffing mix and butter and put on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
