Ground Meat Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 medium onion, chopped
2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Season ground meat according to your taste.
Fry until all redness is gone, and drain any fat.
Prepare cornbread mix according to instructions on package.
Add can of cream-style corn to cornbread mix and mix well into batter.
