Stuffed Grape Leaves(Warak Areesh) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 50 grape leaves
    1 1/2 lb. or 3 c. lamb or beef or both, coarse grind
    3/4 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    juice of 1 or 2 lemons
    2 tsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    lamb bones (optional)
Preparation
    1.
    Allow a little fat to remain on the meat if you are grinding it.
    Wash rice in cold water, drain, cover with water, rinse again and drain well.
    Add all seasonings to rice; mix thoroughly.
    Rub butter into meat.
    Combine meat and rice by rubbing rice and all seasonings well into meat; check seasonings.
