Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 C. oil
3 C. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 apples, grated
2 cups nuts

Preparation

Cream together first 3 ingredients.
Add flour, salt and soda.
Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Bake at 325 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
