Broiled Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pears, halved and cored
    3 tsp. honey
    1/2 c. part-skim Ricotta
    2 doz. strawberries, cleaned and sliced
    mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Heat broiler.
    Brush each half pear with 1/2 teaspoon honey. Broil 2 minutes or until slightly soft.
    Combine butter with remaining honey.
    Spoon onto pear halves.
    Arrange strawberry slices on top.
    Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
    Makes 4 servings.
