Overnight Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast (2 1/2 tsp.)
2 1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. melted shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
8 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add shortening, sugar, eggs, salt and half cup of flour.
Stir until smooth.
Add remaining flour.
Cover tightly and store overnight.
When ready to use, punch dough and shape into medium balls.
Let rise about 2 hours. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
