Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Cream sugar, flour, salt and butter together.
    Slowly add scalded milk, then add vanilla.
    Pour into 9-inch pie shell. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn oven back to 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Let cool.
