Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cubed zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded carrots
8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb flavor stuffing
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
Fold in squash and onion.
In another bowl, combine stuffing and batter.
Spread 1/2 of the stuffing in the bottom of a 12 x 9-inch pan.
Spoon on the vegetable mixture.
Add remaining stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
