Cheddar-Style Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. broccoli
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese powder or shredded skim milk cheese
Preparation
    Wash and trim broccoli; split heavy stalks.
    Place water and salt in saucepan; bring to boiling point.
    Add broccoli; cover and bring to a boil again.
    Reduce heat; cook for 10 to 20 minutes or until tender and all liquid is absorbed.
    Remove from heat; add cheese.
    Toss lightly; serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
