Cabbage In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sliced onion, sauteed in 1 tsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can mushroom soup (Weight Watchers)
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    3 slices low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1 can skimmed evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 large pinch basil
    1 jar pimento (small)
    pinch or oregano
    1 pinch parsley flakes
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 head cabbage
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except cabbage in a blender and blend together.
    Cook cabbage in small amount of water until just tender.
    Heat sauce and pour over cooked drained cabbage.
