Bread 'N Butter Microwave Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber, sliced thin (2 c.)
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Microwave on High 8 minutes, stirring well 2 times.
    Ladle into jar.
    Let cool, cover and refrigerate.
    (Refrigerates up to 4 months.)
