Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles (you may not need all)
1 (23 oz.) jar Ragu (garden style)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. water
6 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg and butter or margarine.
Layer in 8-inch cake pan:
noodles, tomato sauce, cheese mixture and half cheese.
Repeat except for cheese.
(You may have to adjust, depending on noodles.) Pour 1/2 cup water over it.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Remove foil.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake until melted.
