7 Layer Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can refried beans (with vegetable shortening)
1 small can diced green chilies
3 ripe avocados
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. light sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Jack cheese, grated
2 small cans ripe olives, sliced and drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped (onion greens and all)
3 large ripe tomatoes
Preparation

Mix the beans and chilies. Spread on serving tray.
Mash the avocados and mix with lemon juice. Spread over beans.
Blend mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over the avocados.
Spread Cheddar and Jack cheeses over the mayonnaise layer. Spread onions over the cheese layer.
Spread olives over the onion layer. Remove seeds from tomatoes, dice and pat very dry; spread over olive layer.
Serve with chips.
