Wokking Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. tarragon vinegar or vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
    2 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
    4 oz. cooked ham, cut into bite size pieces
    1 c. mushrooms (fresh)
    1/3 c. sunflower nuts
    6 c. lettuce
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
Preparation
    For dressing, in small bowl stir together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; set aside.
