Italian Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced carrots
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
2 c. water
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. green beans
1/2 c. elbow macaroni
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown beef in large soup pot. Drain well. Add all ingredients except last four (cabbage, green beans, macaroni and Parmesan). Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Add cabbage, green beans and macaroni. Simmer until done. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
