Christmas Morning Sausage Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. finely chopped apple
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; Mix well.
    Pack lightly into greased 6-cup ring mold; Chill several hours.
    Unmold into jelly roll pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 gas oven for 1 hr.
    Serve with scramble eggs in center. Makes 12 servings
