Berries And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. whipping cream
    1 c. blueberries
    1 c. raspberries or blackberries
    1 c. sliced strawberries
Preparation
    Mix the sugar and gelatin in a small saucepan. Add the water and stir over low heat to dissolve the sugar and gelatin. Remove from heat; pour into a bowl and blend in the sour cream and vanilla. Chill until slightly thickened.
    Whip the cream until thick; fold into sour cream mixture.
    Pour into a 1-quart mold and chill until firm, about 3 hours. Unmold the cream onto a plate. Pour the fresh fruit over it.
