Baby Ruth Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light Karo syrup
    1 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter
    4 c. Rice Krispies
    1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
    1 (6 oz.) bag butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Bring syrup and sugar to full boil; remove immediately from heat.
    Mix in peanut butter and cereal.
    Press into a greased 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips.
    Spread as icing over first mixture.
