Pork Chops With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3/4-inch) pork chops
    3 to 4 large apples
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chops in buttered baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover with thinly sliced apple slices.
    Sprinkle lemon juice and cover dish tightly. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Remove cover. Brush with butter and bake for 15 to 20 more minutes.
