Mushroom Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water.
    Measure out half of the soup mixture.
    Combine with the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt and 1 slightly beaten egg.
    Shape into meatballs and brown in 1 tablespoon of shortening.
    Add the remaining soup mixture and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
