Japanese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter, soft
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Finish cooking at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
