Oriental Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. orange juice or dry sherry
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
3 to 7 lb. roast pork
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pork in Brown-in-Bag.
Place in a large baking dish. Trim excess fat from pork.
Place in bag. Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 for 5 pound roast.
