Pork Oven Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

pork chops or steaks
sliced potatoes, carrots and onions
1 can sauerkraut

Preparation

Pan-fry meat until brown.
Place in a 2-quart casserole.
Top with vegetables.
Place kraut on top.
Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
