Pan-Fried Chicken Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 lb. chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1/2-inch strips
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    6 green onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. Marsala wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat a large frying pan.
    Add oil, chicken, garlic and green onions. Saute over high heat until chicken is lightly browned and tender.
    Remove from pan.
    Add Marsala and lemon juice.
    Allow liquid to reduce for a moment. Return chicken to the hot pan, salt and pepper to taste. Do not overcook.
    Serve immediately.
