Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 baked pie shell
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, & yolk of 2 eggs (whites reserved for meringue)
1 tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa and flour.
Beat eggs; add milk and then dry ingredients.
Blend well.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell. Beat whites of 2 eggs until stiff or peak is formed.
Add 4 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
Put on pie and bake in oven until light brown.
