Spam-Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can Spam, cubed
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can hominy, drained
1/2 c. corn meal
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole, beat eggs lightly; add milk, then hominy, Spam, corn meal, salt and pepper.
Dot with butter.
Bake 45 minutes or until mixture is set.
