Hot Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed, cooked turkey
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. toasted, chopped almonds (or pecans)
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. potato chips
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese and toss together.
    Pile lightly into baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese and crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves eight.
    (Sometimes I substitute chopped chicken for the turkey and if it appears too dry I add a little broth.)
