Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl; refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Serve with raw vegetables for dipping, e.g., carrots, green pepper slices, small tomatoes, cauliflower, celery sticks, broccoli, cucumber, etc.
